BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

-This blog post marks the first step to the rest of our lives! Yep, that's right! You the reader get to follow along as my wife and I go from working full time to living our dreams!

I believe that it is entirely possible for absolutely anyone to become the most incredible version of themselves that they could possibly imagine. Don't believe me? I'm making it my life's mission to prove to you that anyone can achieve this.

So what's my secret? Visualization through meditation. That's it!

First, you must know what it is that you want. Paint a picture with your minds eye of your desire with as much detail as you can fathom. Be specific, it's extremely important that you first know exactly what it is that you want.

Once you have created this wonderland in your mind, it's time to walk around in it. How does the air feel against your skin? How do the things around you feel to the touch? What about the people in your dreamland? How do they make you feel? Get comfortable and be present in this place. Take note of how your heart feels as you explore what you have created.

The next step is extremely important, you must believe down to your core that everything you have imagined is coming to you and that nothing can stop it. It is not necessary to know how or when it will come, but you must believe that it will come. Finally, release your dream out into the universe with GRATITUDE. I find it helpful to make some sort of visual representation of this dream that you can look at on a daily basis. The rest is easy, just go about your day with a smile on your face because you know that all your dreams are about to come true. Reflect on the way you felt deep in your heart and attempt to bring that feeling into your everyday life.

Gratitude is the key to making all of this work so be watchful and give thanks every time you reach a milestone toward your goals. In fact be thankful in advance for all the blessings that are about to come your way... I cannot express that enough, GRATITUDE IS THE KEY!
